Screen goes black while I’m watching tv but the sound still played

My haier tv randomly went black while I was watching TV. I turned it off and turned it back on the Haier sign shows then nothing else. When you turn the tv on a few green lines at the bottom show but they go away quickly and a tiny white dot on the screen now .
