My dualshock 4 ps button is continuously pressing on its own

I have opened and cleaned the controller maybe 4 times now...on gamepad testing I found out that the ps button on my controller is continuously pressed. Now I'm trying to turn on the controller and it won't. It is charging because the orange light is pulsating slowly. Will changing the conductive film or conductive pads help resolve the issue? Plz mention what needs to be changed..

My controller also disconnects sometimes automatically during gaming, is this because of the same ps button issue or anything else?

Sometimes it runs only when plugged in via USB cable sometimes it runs wirelessly.
