When I move my left stick to the right it moves to the left.

I recently had stick drift on my left stick for my dualsense controller. I didnt want to wait for sony to fix it so i tried myself. I took apart the controller and clened the left analog stick. I then put it back together and the stick drift was no more. However it soon returned and i tried to fix it again. However after i put my controller back together now when I move my left stick to the right it goes the the left. It still goes to the left when I move the stick to the left. Does anyone know what could be causing this considering it is only affecting one direction and what part of the analog stick should I look at to fix this? Thanks.
