My tablet accidently fell from my hand. And now it's screen has wierd spider web lines. When i try to turn it on, it always shows this lines. I tried all method like Charging it, holding the power button. But it didn't work out. Even before this incident, my tablet's screen had little cracks and bubbles. How can i fix this?

Ariyan going by your description this sounds like a broken LCD. There's really no fixing it but it needs to be replaced. Use something like this video to work on it.
Since there are no guides on iFixit for the 2019 it would be great if you could take lots of picture and create a guide for the next people that may need help with that. https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/new it's not very complicated.
