Hi,

Does the phone show that it detects WiFi networks?

Can it connect to other networks but perhaps only not one e.g. your home network?

Are you using the correct password to connect to the WiFi network?

Have you tried "forgetting" the desired network and then trying to connect to it again and having to provide the password?

What have you tried?
