Cant install windows No disk/Driver

Hi,

I have a HP 14-dg0525sa laptop. it cant locate the hard drive which is the on board 64gb emmc. i have tried reinstalling windows but installation cant locate any drive, have tried downloading all the drivers from the hp website, coping them onto usb and then installing at that stage then from the usb. but they do not show up on the usb at all. the driver files i downloaded are exe files. is this correct? can any body show me the riht driver to download please

Check in BIOS to see if the drive is being detected there.

Turn on or restart the computer. While the “Press the ESC key for Startup Menu” message is displayed in the lower-left corner of the screen, press esc. When the Startup Menu is displayed, press f10.

Try running the hardware diagnostics from F2 or a USB
