Controller doesn't turn on and PC detects it as an unknown device

As I wrote in the topic, the controller does not turn on and the computer detects it as an unknown device and more specifically as an unknown device and Generic Bluetooth Adapter. Generic Bluetooth Adapter error code 43, unknown device error code 10
