Why isn't my ps4 showing up

After my ps4 comes on about 5 minutes of being abel to get pictures to show on the screen it will cut to the HDMI main screen the console has a white line showing that its on but when it cuts out my controller blinks orange then cuts off. What can I do I have tried multiple HDMI cords and ports I have tried different tvs old ones and news ones
