I've had my rain jacket for about 7 years now and it's no longer holding up even it rains and I'm getting soaked. There aren't any holes but it just appears that water is no longer getting propelled. Any suggestions on how to repair this?

If there is no damage causing it, I would recommend a good waterproofing spray. They're available online or in stores. Even Walmart has some. Just test it on a small unnoticeable area to make sure it doesn't discolor it or anything. Really the only thing I can think of for you to do, since it appears the rain repellant feature has worn off.
