How do I Remove the stand

How can I remove the stand of my iMac 21.5inch late 2012 so I can put a mount on it?

To add to @andrewsawesome answer here’s a view of the needed screws to get the hinge and foot assembly off
The best you can do is have someone modify a spare foot welding a VESA mount to it and then have someone (or your self) take your system apart to swap over the foot.
But are you sure it’s worth the effort and costs? You can buy the current 27” with a VESA mount or jump back to a 2011 27” which allows you to swap them out without taking it apart!
