JVC lt-55ue76 Backlight dim in all but upper right corner, is this consistent with needing new backlight array? or is it something else?

You can get a backlight from tester on Amazon for less than 30 dollars. I would verify it not the backlight and you can also get boards and backlights from shopjimmys.
