I have a Panasonic Plasma TH-50PX77U TV with no picture but sound is perfect. Replaced circuit panel with HDMI ports last year and worked fine until recently. Menu selection options list is visible along with channel numbers. Can anyone help??

Do you get a picture when using other input types e.g. component video or RF (coax)?
Here’s the no picture troubleshooting flowchart from the service manual which may be a good place to start.
If the problem is only on HDMI, the HDMI schematic is on p.43 and from there you can follow it through to the DSP (digital signalling processor) etc.
Just wondering if you had been “hot swapping” the HDMI cables to the TV by any chance? If so this is not a good practise as it can damage the HDMI controllers (at either end, source and/or host). They should only be unplugged/plugged in with the power turned off on both devices .

the previous answer assumes you have removed the back. Probably not. I had to replace 2 of the large caps in my panny 50PZ77U a couple years ago. TV still worked but they were definitely going bad.

Can you take off the back of the TV and look for any leaky or bulged capacitors?
