Can the volume buttons be fix?
The volume button if pressed is very hard.
Can't press volume without it going fully load or fully soft.

Yes the volume buttons can be replaced. However it depends on if you want to tackle the job yourself as it requires you open up your phone. Take off back cover, remove wireless charging coil, … There should be a repair video here on ifixit . The video is on how to replace your screen, also how to replace screen on YouTube.
