When I had replaced the hard drive, it gave me the startup screen error and I have tried all the solutions I had found and it still didn’t work

@lawbringer you really did not tell us what “solutions “ you have tried. First off your new drive must be properly formatted and partitioned to accept the XBOX ONE X file system. Hope you did download the most recent OSU1 file from Microsoft. Copy that onto a USB thumb drive and use it to update your system for the drive to work. I suggest you follow something like the instructions ( and download links ) from this site
