Controller Speaker Cut Out, Any Device Connected to AUX Port Cuts Out

To start, the speaker on my DualShock4 controller cuts out during games that have interactive controller noise. Any device I connect to the PS4 through the AUX port on the controller also cuts out. I’ve gotten new controllers, went as far as getting a new, $200 headset that immediately began cutting out. Works for a good 2-3 minutes, and starts with a slight cut out, then it’s severe cutting out. I get to hear maybe 10% of my gameplay, the rest is silence or jittery noise.
