Philips HF3520/01 Wake-Up Light - suddenly starts making never-ending quick “clicking“ sounds, speeding up.. This is normally sound of proximity (touch) sensor.. but there is nothing close to device, and it is clean…. It is unstoppable, only it stops if disconnected from power… After connecting it can work for hours correctly, but problem appears later again…

Mine has the very same issue, is there any known fix for this infinite phantom clicks? I really like my wakeup light for years now, it still looks like on day one.

I solved it. you just need to solder the wires well
So you think it's a broken solder joint? Is it enough to heat the PCB? I am highly unskilled when it comes to microelectronics.

Same problem. Mine will work for weeks before this starts again, but the only fix is to unplug for at least a few minutes - The longer the better it seems. Works fine and I still love it otherwise.
