error (-1) at 20 percent while restoring device

Suddenly my iphone 6s stuck on apple logo.I tried to restore the device with itunes and 3utools.But it always shows error (-1).If its baseband problem,its should be stopped at 80% ,but in my case im getting this error at 20%.Is it a baseband problem or something else?

I have also tried with other computers.
