Why does my playstation beep once, then ejection beep and turn on?

Me and my brother decided to clean out our playstation because we’ve had it since early 2015, after cleaning we had forgotten that we left a disc inside and it wasn’t ejecting properly, that’s when i completely manual ejected my playstation disc and proceeded to take my disc out. I then tried to turn on my playstation and slide a disc in then quickly noticed that my disc is going in without suction. I dismantled my playstation again, and proceeded to make sure the rollers and the white little thing was intact (which it was). I’ve tightened the manual ejection screw and unplugged the playstation from the wall for 30 minutes in order to let the power leave the ps4 and I am still unable to put ps4 into safe mode to try update system software and try that method because every time I turn my playstation, it beeps once, then beeps 3 times again which leads to it fully turning on. Any help would be much appreciated as I’m not really keen on going to a repair shop to get it fixed as I am currently working on getting a playstation 5.

Please note the disc drive was working perfectly before I had completely dismantled the ps4 the first time to clean it out.
