PS4 Crazy fan and no signal

Hey guys, so I bought this broken PS4 original CUH-1004A, the fan connector was broken (its fixed now), power button is broken (that plastic piece) so I have to start it by connecting top sheet and power button on motherboard, but when I start it, main issues starts to show up :

TV says it has no signal, but HDMI port is soldered solid and it is clean.

When HDD is connected the fan spins so fast that it could slow down the global warming and sometimes the whole PS just randomly turns off.

It was cleaned, tested with different TVs, different HDMI cables and different power cables.
