Right side speak stopped working

Speaker on the right does not work after having followed the instructions for the dual drive setup Installing iMac Intel 21.5" EMC 2428 Dual Drive Kit

I have checked in Mac preferences the slider to adjust the pan.

Any suggestions?

Try swapping the cables between the two on the logic board.
