maybe geforce 780m is not working?

Hi

I have troubles with my iMac 27 Late 2013, I was on Boot camp Windows 10, when my screen went green and magenta, I have booted again in windows, and it worked again. Then the next day I was on the internet watching a video, when the same happened in OS the screen had green and magenta artifacts and stopped working. When restarting and selecting the boot partition, the screen was totally color messed up (green and magenta) and nor OS nor Windows wanted to start. After some restarts, the screen went black. Now I can hear turning on the iMac, but I have no screen anymore, everything is black.

Do you have any suggestions what I can do, what is the problem?

I think the graphic chip is gone. Do you know is it possible to change it? Is it worth to try?

Or is my iMac definitely gone?

Any suggestions would be great

Sadly it does sound like your GPU is cooked! To be doubly sure plug in an external display are you able to see your desktop on the external if so then the display is gone, otherwise its the logic board.

As to replacing the GPU not possible as its soldered onto the logic board. The best you could do is just replace the logic board 2013 27” iMac Logic Boards and here’s the guide iMac Intel 27" EMC 2639 Logic Board Replacement

Frankly, I would look for a newer Intel iMac system than putting to much into this one.
