Hi, my washing machine is not spinning and I can't open the door. I've seen the lid lock light is on even though it's turn off, so I need to plug it off so that the lid lock light will disappear.
Please help me, I just purchased it just 2 weeks ago.

What is the model number of the washer?
Check in the user manual for how to turn off the control lock (child lock?) so that you can operate the controls to open the door.
