PS4 says it can't read a disc.

PS4 says it can't read a disc. However, it can read other discs no problem and the one it claims it can’t read is the disc that the PS4 used to install the game less than a minute before I tried to play. So it can apparently read the disc well enough to install the whole game but not enough to allow me to play. Any ideas?
