Why is my screen blue?

i was playing a game on my PS4 and when i closed it out i went to the playstation store and downloaded a game but it didn’t download it just stayed there. (sorry idk what caused it so here’s everything that could have caused it) then when i went out of the store the tv screen just went blue. and i unplugged everything and then replugged everything. (and don’t worry nothing that wasn’t supposed to be) my power button doesn’t work and my controllers won’t turn off either !!!! and it’s not the blue light of death either !
