After replacing power supply it did beep but then now nothing

I replaced the power supply, fan, and thermal paste. When I put in the power cord it did a blue light and beeped but nothing happened after pressing 2 more times it would not turn on anymore, Ive tried multiple solutions and I’m worried it’s a motherboard issue. I’m sure i needed to replace the psu because I didn’t get any results before this. Thanks
