How do I fix optical drive clicking and not taking dicks?

When I try to feed it a disk (like Minecraft) the optical drive will make a clicking sound and not take in the disk but will make an empty icon on the ps4 stating an “unidentified disk” when there is no disk in the drive. (problem came up after I went in to clean my rollers
