I have an iPad Air 2 which is starts to boot then turns off. After screen keeps flashing with Apple Logo.

When I check PP_GPU line shos a Short (multimeter beeps) checked resistance for that line which is 20 Ohm

Also Not charging, USB not recognised when plug it to the Mac and can not put it into DFU Mode

hello Peter,

As a mature electronics engineer, you know that the tolerance to low resistance signaling increases depending on the multimeter you have. It depends on the settings of the more expensive or the quality of the cheaper device. The indication of 20 ohms does not mean a short circuit in the line, but a line with reduced resistance (because the circuit is designed to operate with low voltage, less than 1V, used in processors and high level controllers.

There are many reasons why the boot loader resets. Unfortunately, you won't find out without trying to restore your device and record the log from that attempt (it's one of the repair options for iPad). Restore the usb connection with the computer as first. Depending on the control program (it may be iTunes) find out how to find and save the log from the process. If you cannot interpret the results, speak up - I will help with it.
