Xbox one x hdd replacement, OS is lost

My Xbox one x hdd has been damaged now I brought hdd new one but no operating system I watch many videos from YouTube for how to create xbox one hdd OS.

I done exactly same thing First I start XBOX HDD Master Tool to create partition then I copy osu1 file to system update folder with creating A folder and B folder then I move updater.Xvd file to system update folder after I finish this I put back to xbox one x then power on I can see all menus but it's still getting failed when updating from 58 percent also I tried usb update using osu1 still failing from 58 percent please help me
