Data migration tool for 2017 MBP lifeboat port?

Hi,

I can't seem to find a Data Migration Tool for the macbook pro 2016/2017 - the one that plugs in to the ‘lifeboat port' on the motherboard.

I have searched everywhere I can think of, and just cannot find one anywhere :(

I am in the UK, but happy to buy from the USA and pay for shipping.
