CNW001 No Wifi hardware after screen replacement

Hello! First post here, wondering if anybody has any ideas…

I replaced the lcd screen assembly on my macbook pro, was not my first time doing and went well except when I powered on my mac i was unable to see any wifi networks. While trouble shooting i deleted the Wifi interface, which I still cant get back, but nothing seemed to work.

I decided to open back the mac and found one of the wifi/ airport adapter connectors was broken. I ordered a new part and put it in. Everything seems to be connected fine but still no fix. Reset PRAM, SCM and hardware diagnostic still shows code CNW001.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

P.S. When opening mac all the way there is a click noise. I imagine the wifi antena may not be seated correctly even tho everything is connected but anyone had this problem ?
