I would recommend using the pry tools for tablets or phones, as that would give enough pull to hopefully pop the clips. Go slow, don’t rush it, as that is when mistakes happen. If it’s on a stand, the stand may need to be removed to pop the back cover off… I have not had to open their monitors up before, but some of their laptops access is not from the front bezel but from the back.

Lenovo is nice in that they make their Hardware Maintenance Manuals (HMM) available to the public now, instead of just the authorized service technicians. They contain teardowns of the equipment and can be found at https://support.lenovo.com. You will need the full model number code to find the right one for you, but it should be able to get it. If not finding it, try asking for it for your monitor.
