Power supply issues with PS4.

Okay so the other day i went in for a deep clean of my PS4 dusting it and what not. Put it together and when i pressed it it would beep and then never come on. I ordered a new power supply and it came last night. I put that sucker in there and tried firing my ps4 up. When i attempted that there was a loud pop and ny light flicjered at same time. Anyone know what ny issue/ issues could be.
