Does not turn on.

Hi!

I have bought this laptop in late January, and because of work could not migrate to it, and now I have tried to turn it on and start the process but it won’t boot nor charge, just screen with battery filled with red color in small part.

does anyone know maybe how to boot it up after long period of being idle?
