iPhone 7 microphone not working and speaker greyed out during calls.

Hi, I replaced my iPhone 7 screen and everything was working fine. After I updated the iOS to 13.4 if I'm correct,the microphones stopped working and the speaker was greyed out during calls. So I can't call anyone. What can I do? IC chip might not be the problem.
