B&W Zeppelin (normal version not air or wireless) does not turn on

Dear users,

I recently have been given a free b&w zeppelin speaker that does not turn on. When i try to turn it on the red light flashes… Things that i have replaced:

Capacitor 2200 uF

2x Diode 1n4148 (on the downside of the board next to the 2200 uF capacitor.

I dont know what the problem is… Does anyone have some support to give me?
