PS4 Pro had bright flash and a pop noise , no longer turns on

My PS4 Pro had a bright flash and a loud pop noise in the back of the console and no longer turns on (I.E unplug and replug after a min and pressed the power button, it beeps once and turns on the traditional blue light bar only to turn off after a split second and be unresponsive after that (not even a response from the eject button)

Tried - New cable, another outlet
