Bottom Mic very quite?
I have a customers iPhone XR and he says the bottom mic is very quite on speaker phone. Would I just have it replace the charging port to fix this issue?

I would first clean out the grills at the bottom of the phone. You can either use compressed air, a toothbrush, or a pair of fine tipped tweezers.
If you end up having to replace the charge port, make sure you use an OEM one. The X and above are picky when it comes to charge ports and they don’t like the aftermarket ones.
