Tv clicking, no blinks, won’t turn on

Hi I have a Panasonic tc-60as630u, problem started as tv turning off and on until I unplugged it. Then it would work fine until I turned it off again. Then sometimes it would turn itself back on after we’d turned it off. Now it won’t turn on at all. Just clicks on and off. When I press and hold the power button on the back of the tv for 30 secs the clicking will stop, but restart as soon as I release it. I’ve checked the p board for bloated caps but can’t find anything. Anyone experienced this?
