MacBook Air 13" Late 2018 not booting Up. Adapter confirmed working.

My MacBook Air 13" Late 2018 is not powering up. Have confirmed adapter is working. Since its a lockdown in my country, i cant send it for repairs at mac service center.

Let's get a USB-C power meter to check what the system tells us Satechi USB-C Power Meter

With the charger connected to the meter and then plugged into the system what is the power draw (V & mA) disconnect the USB cable from the meter with the meter still connected power on the system did the Voltage drop?

With the charger connected to the meter and then plugged into the system what is the power draw (V & mA) disconnect the USB cable from the meter with the meter still connected power on the system did the Voltage drop? — Dan
