4l303 transmission, acting like it cant shift

i have a 92 bmw 325i auto with the 4l30e transmission, i just replaced 2 of the shifting solenoids and put new fluid and gaskets and filter in it. My problem is that the car will not move unless it gets up to very high rpm's, my question is how can i fix this and dose anyone know how to or have had this problem. many thanks
