My dishwasher programand start button not working power button working

What is the make and model number of the dishwasher?

Check that the wiring harness from the control panel to the control board is connected securely at both ends i.e. control panel and control board?

Do this with the power totally disconnected from the dishwasher. — jayeff

Hi ,

Try the following:

Unplug the power from the dishwasher and then reconnect the power to the dishwasher.

If the Child Lock feature has been enabled this will release it and allow the buttons to work.

Another way to disable the Child lock feature is to hold down both the 3 in 1 and Delay start buttons for three (3)

seconds.

If it still doesn’t work check that the door is properly closed.

If it is check that the door switch is operating correctly.

If the door switch doesn’t operate correctly (faulty?) the power button will work but none of the other buttons will work.
