After installing a new screen on a MB pro 13” 2018 Touch Bar the Camera does not work and no True Tone either. Any Suggestions?

true tone goes corresponding to stock apple parts. Most 3rd party parts you will lose the true tone.

@dasrepair - There are two versions of the display assembly, you need to use the correct one for the given series I'm suspecting Peter got the wrong one.
I had this exact problem as I was shipped the wrong display.
