Constant shut-off & reboot

A few days ago my Galaxy S7 did an update around 3am, and now I’m experiencing constant shut-offs, lock-ups, pixelated screen and it goes through a reboot loop(Galaxy start screen to Verizon screen and back). I’ve cleared the cache numerous times, ran it in Safe Mode, and did a Factory Reset twice. The symptoms are still the same? I even pulled the SIM Card to see if it might be a Verizon issue…still shuts down. All Third Party Apps have been deleted also. Could this possibly be an issue with the Motherboard? Thanks for any advice.
