Mobile network yes, calls no

Goodnight everyone.

I have received an Iphone X that curiously detects my SIM, I can surf the Internet with the Mobile Network activated but I cannot make or receive calls. I've been seeing the options of not disturbing each other and I don't see anything weird. Has something similar happened to someone?

Clarify that the card I have placed is different from the one I normally use and that when calling in the call log, the call is canceled, but that happens with any number I call.

When you press the green button to call automatically cut the call.
