Managed to get the green snake gone and pair with phone but stuck at old iCloud user. Logic board swap seems only viable solution. Anyone recommend anything else? Apple Watch s1 Much appreciated!

Have the original owner remove it off their iCloud.
UPDATE
If the iCloud user cannot be contacted, it’s worthless. Apple does this to prevent data theft and stop the trade in stolen Apple products. Even the FBI had to spend $900,000 to crack a terrorists iPhone.
Those that advertise they can crack it are all scams.
