I have black and colored vertical lines on the screen
The thicker part is black and the thinner lines are colored
Do I need a display assembly?
Esta é uma boa pergunta?

The lines are telling me your internal display got damaged. LCD’s use a matrix (column & row) of signals to light up the discreet pixels.
The top glass plate of the LCD has metal oxide deposited on the glass to make this wire connections along the edge of the panel is where the glass contacts meet up with a flex cable to then connect to a logic board mounted on the back side (T-CON).
Somehow you damaged the LCD (dropping, banging or sitting something heavy on it) or the interconnection point (also called a TAB error) or the ribbon cable which brings the signal to the T-CON board was damaged.
Sadly in all of these cases the only solution is replacing the full assembly MacBook Pro 13" Retina (Early 2015) Display Assembly and here’s the guide you’ll need to follow MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Early 2015 Display Assembly Replacement
To prove this an external display will show the proper image and if you touch the edge of the screen you might notice the signal will improve a bit.

Try to diagnose if it is a software or hardware issue (most likely hardware), try connecting your Macbook to an external monitor. If the external monitor displays the screen, then your Macbook must have the problem (It's a hardware issue). If both the external monitor and the Macbook pro still won't display anything, it is a software issue.
