Touch screen not working on origin Ipad Pro 9,7

Hi guys,

my Ipad pro 9,7 looses his touch function. It was unopened and without any repair history, out of the box from Apple. Found metallic debris and bad rework signs. Seems that in comparance to a working pad some supply voltage is missing. Do you have a Tip for me?
