Late 2013 21.5 iMac stopped powering on. Is Power supply board fixable

So yesterday I successfully upgrade ram and added 250 gb blade type ssd. It powered on last night. This morning it won’t turn on. I looked at all my pictures before I started and it appears the power supply board had previous damage already.

No led indicator turned on at all this morning when plugged in and when pressing power button.

my question is, is the repairable or should I just buy a new board?

I didn’t notice this on power board until it after I investigated. this is a zoom up and the following is when I had it out again I did not notice this until after the fact
