Keyboard and trackpad not working and I’ve just replaced the ribbon.

So I have just replaced my battery and when to go plug in my track pad ribbon and when I went to power it on, the fan spun at high speeds and did not turn on all then way.

then I took out the track pad ribbon and used an external keyboard and mouse, so I assumed the problem would be the ribbon so I ordered a new one for my MacBook Pro and put it in today and I am still having the same problem, the fan is spinning at high speeds and it will boot up to the log in screen and then just shut off and it doesn’t let me do any types of resets in it. I’m all out of ideas now can you please help me out.
