After I replace the button, I got warning ‘unable to setup touch ID’, which is expected, but the basic press doesn’t work either!!! The button doesn’t do anything at all now. Anybody have similar issue?

Sorry, just done some tests, seems the problem is the third party replacement screen i got. well, stay away from Amazon iphone replacement parts, even the expensive ones, cuz you may hit compatibility issue soon or later

Brother clearly observe the home button Fpc might be tore or home button not connect probably and ic on the home
button flex damage cause that issues.Sometime display also cause that issues because display have home button flex.
